Numerous glass elements in various shades of blue, turquoise, violet, and black are applied to the clear glass. Through the fusing technique, these parts are melted with the base, yet their texture remains clearly visible.

It is precisely this texture that makes this bowl special. When sunlight or artificial light falls through and over the glass, ever-changing reflections, transparent color fields, and shadows emerge. On a light surface, the effect is even stronger: the bowl then seems to extend its pattern around itself.

The deep form makes the object usable as a bowl, but it is simultaneously a distinctive decorative glass art piece. Beautiful as a central object on a large table, sideboard, or low cabinet – preferably in a spot where light can play with it.
