Interchangeable Ring Stainless Steel – 8 mm Wide

€ 10,00

One ring, endless possibilities.

This 8 mm wide stainless steel (SS) interchangeable ring serves as the base for my glass ringtops. The ringtop screws onto the thread and can be easily swapped. This way, you can wear a different ringtop with just one ring – matching your outfit, your mood, or simply because you feel like something different today. 😉

The ring is sturdy, colorfast, and suitable for daily wear. When combined with a glass ringtop, the piece is larger and heavier than a regular metal ring. This is inherent to this type of jewelry and gives the ring its striking character.

Please note: the correct size is important, especially for a wide ring. Therefore, under Description, read the tips on determining your ring size, attaching and changing the ringtop, use, and care.

  • Material: stainless steel (SS)
  • Ring width: 8 mm
  • Inner diameter: 16-18.5 mm
  • Thread for ringtop: 2.5 mm
  • Suitable for interchangeable glass ringtops

Choosing the Right Ring Size
The size indicated is the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters. The easiest way to determine your size is with a ring you already own that fits well. Lay it flat and measure the inner diameter straight across the center, from inner edge to inner edge.

Because this interchangeable ring is 8 mm wide, it might feel a bit snugger than a narrow ring. If you're between sizes, a slightly looser fit might be more comfortable.

Different countries use different ring sizing systems. That's why I deliberately specify the size here as inner diameter in millimeters.

Attaching and Changing Ringtops
Gently screw the glass ringtop onto the 2.5 mm thread until it's secure. There's no need to overtighten. Occasionally check that the ringtop is still firmly attached.

Want a different look? Carefully unscrew the ringtop and replace it with another. That's the beauty of this system: one well-fitting interchangeable ring is all you need for all your ringtops with the same screw system.

Wearing and Use
The ring is suitable for daily wear, but the ringtop is made of glass. Therefore, avoid hard impacts and preferably remove the ring when doing chores, heavy housework, sports, and other activities where the glass could easily strike something.

Additionally, a glass ringtop makes the overall piece larger and heavier than a regular metal ring. This is normal for this type of jewelry.

Care
Clean the stainless steel ring with a soft, possibly slightly damp cloth, then dry it thoroughly. Avoid abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents. Treat the glass ringtop with care as well.
